Pilsen is a predominantly Mexican neighborhood in Chicago’s Lower West Side. It is a vibrant place full of amazing art, food, nightlife, music, culture and people. The title of this project comes from the bright orange painted trash cans that say “Bienvenidos a Pilsen,” meaning welcome to Pilsen in English.
